Damage and Issues: Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect it. Should you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours. Provide valid pictures and videos for prompt resolution. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Customer Care: For any queries, you may get in touch with our Customer Care team via email at info@theindianherbology.com or talk with us from Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 500 within India. Delivery can take up to 8 -15 working days.

Non-Delivery: In case of non-delivery of goods, please contact info@theindianherbology.com.

Delivery Status Discrepancy: If your delivery status shows delivered, and you have not received the product, please inform us within 24 hours of such status change by reaching out to our customer support. After 48 hours, courier companies do not accept any Proof of Delivery (POD) disputes.

Address Changes: Please note that shipping/billing addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed.

Requests for Resolution: For cases of incomplete, partial, damaged outer packing, used, or wrong products, please submit your request within 24 hours of receiving the item. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accommodated. Kindly attach images and videos showcasing the outer and inner packing from all angles to facilitate resolution. If packaging materials have been discarded, regrettably, we cannot provide assistance.
