Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be issued in the original payment method. Instead, they are eligible for reimbursement solely through The Indian Herbology’s online voucher system and to be redeemed in a period of 1 month.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued only in the form of The Indian Herbology’s e-vouchers, which can be redeemed for any product in the future with a validity of 1 month.
Refund & Exchange Process: All refund and exchange queries will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis by our customer service team. We would urge you to share images and videos for reference during this process to assist our team in better understanding your concerns and providing appropriate assistance.
Product Quality Assurance: All our products are made in small batches and hand-packaged to ensure the highest quality is maintained. Therefore, returns or exchanges will not be offered for the reason of general dissatisfaction.
